Cars are parking on footpath due to no yellow lines showing no room to park, blocked the footpath for my disabled child as we were walking to Willowbank as he is in a child’s chair it’s not as big an issue but other independent disabled people wouldn’t be able to access this path, also the path leading to Willowbank is blocked by debris and overgrown grass etc. as we passed he hit a lot of the branches and he is unsafe around loose leaves as he will choke on them if he gets his hands on them.
