Water Supply
Reported Tuesday, 3 July 2018 at 3:02 pm, 65, Applefield Court, Northwood, 8051, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The water mains outside 65 Applefield Court has burst and apparently the city water care was called to fix it but refuse to take responsibility. I have checked with the contractor fixing the leak and he confirmed that it is the city’s main water pipe under the pavement that has burst. Although Applefield Ct is in a private area, the issue is the leakage is from the city’s main pipe and the water wastage must be a concern and responsibility of the council.
