There's a stretch of Gloucester Street that is now 30kph or 50kph depending on where you enter bp Gloucester street versus exit it. If you leave that BP to continue down Gloucester street towards city centre there is nothing to tell you that you have entered a 30kph stretch of road. Will cause immediate frustration having vehicles at 2 different speeds
