The reporter’s words
This lady was spotted dragging a wooden pallet across the street into the pathway. When I took a picture of her doing that, she became very aggressive and repeatedly asked me to delete the picture. She initially stated that it was “dumped at her shop” then said contradictorily that she was “placing it there for someone to pickup as firewood”.
