The reporter’s words
Despite previous mails, ticket numbers being issued nothing has been done by CCC or communicated to move the incorrectly placed (according to tradesmen) obstacle from the middle of the footpath. A wheelchair user cannot get past nor a mother with a pram. CCC have ignored previous information and now the path is being repaired permanently instead of a solution prior to finishing - Is this obstacle being reviewed or being considered given it impedes wheelchair users, mothers with prams etc.
