Reported Tuesday, 30 April 2024 at 1:52 pm, 405 Bower Avenue, Parklands, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This boat and trailer has been parked on cnr bower Ave and Sylvia St for approx 6 months. It obstructs view when turning into or out of Sylvia st. I am concerned there will be an accident due to lack of clear view. A safety hazard.
