Big snarl ups are occurring on the bottom part of Clifton Tce as the foliage below the road is blocking the view of upcoming traffic so downward traffic can’t pull over in good places. Tree directly opposite 25 Clifton Mailbox is also too high and blocks view. Snarl up occurs on first hairpin and just uphill from Letterbox for number 25. Bad enough for cars. Impossible for trucks. Yellow lines both sides might help up from Letterbox 25 until foliage fixed.
