The reporter’s words
These bars on the pedestrian bridge from Stapletons Road to Julius terrace are an accessibility issue. I’m not sure how wheelchair users could get through here or prams or 3 wheel bikes. The functionality to stop motor vehicles using the bridge can be replicated with a simple pole like is done on cut-throughs in new subdivisions. Would you please be able to look into fixing this? Thanks in advance!
