The reporter’s words
Entrance to Kinley’s Lane from St Albans St has 3 Muehlenbeckia shrubs that are growing too far out into the lane, making it dangerous for exiting and entering cars to pass by each other, and for pedestrians walking along the St Albans St footpath. The shrubs need topping too. We have tried with our hedge clippers but the Muehlenbeckia is too wirey and blunts the clippers.
