new houses built in 9 wychbury street have a alarm system that is blaring around 6 to 7 times a day for around 15 minutes each time for no reason. Builder doesnt answer phone calls and the situation has been going on for 2 weeks. No one is living in the properties yet, so neightbours have been annoyed by the sound for too long everyday
