Recently reinstalled Fire hydrant cover keeps being popped out by cars driving over it and now has a damaged rim. Very dangerous as there is then not just the exposed fire hydrant but also the lid sitting on the road, needs to be fixed before it does some serious damage. Heard it bust someone's tire just today. Have put the lid back in 3 times since Friday (10th May) night.
