Can we raise the footpath outside Westfield Riccarton bus stop? This is the design standard I see at many new bus stops, such as the Awatea / Carrs stop. This is one of the busiest stops in the city but people who are mobility impaired, such as the elderly or people with prams and wheelchairs need the stairs dropped down each time. This takes time and inconveniences all passengers, affects the on-time reliability of those services and may cause embarrassment to some.
