The reporter’s words
These cars parked on council land beside kaiangiora premises. They have allowed for parking inside the property. Biggest problem is as they back out they have created ruts and holes in the footpath that fill with water. We walk there often. This foot path often just used as a road as well. Grass is destroyed. Be good to place some gabian baskets so they can't get in like in the red zone.
