The reporter’s words

Very heavy flooding over the road at the corner of Esplanade and Marriner Street (Sumner) and up Marriner Street towards Dot Com cafe. It’s low tide now so this will get even worse as high tide approaches. Can you please clear sand from the drains urgently.
