The reporter’s words

A car tyre has washed down Jackson’s creek today! Stuck on my bridge at 3/197 Milton street. Clearly a Neighbour upstream between Milton Street and brougham street has dumped it as there is no public access to this creek. Please remove and walk the creek to see who did it and if there is more rubbish. Debris can block the tunnel (culvert) under Milton Street. If you work out which property did this please talk to them sternly as I’m sick of these people throwing rubbish in the creek
