The reporter’s words
There are a number of places on Dyers pass rd where the guttering is blocked. This is causing storm water to be forced on to the road. In cold conditions this surface water freezes and makes the road very dangerous. The gutters from the sign of the kiwi to governors bay rd urgently need to be cleared.
