Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Sunday, 2 June 2024 at 12:34 pm, 65 Ocean View Terrace, Sumner, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
100m downhill of Ocean View Tce. on Evans Pass Rd. the overgrown vegetation forces cyclists out into the uphill lane on a blind bend. This creates a dangerous situation when impatient motorists try to overtake. Last year or so a great job was done clearing this hazard of trees etc. but the low scrub has since grown back.
