The builders or owners at 52 Whitfield Street have dumped a huge lot of cuttings into the Sumner Drain between them and 50 Whitfield Street. It is a flood causing risk. Please get it cleared and make sure the builder pays for their gross laziness and NOT the ratepayer. Many thanks, Reuben
