For years this caravan and bus have been making visibility on the east end of Malcolm Ave unsafe. I don’t understand why this is overlooked time and time again. My kids bike down this road to get to school and home and the make it so much less safe. I thought it wasn’t allowed to permanently park on our roads like this. It’s been years and they never move. Please can you start ticketing them. There’s 2 here and one on Sandwich road opposite the school that are permanently parked.
