Re Westmorland Valley Reserve. The owner of 51 Ravensdale Rise has been systematically and secretly chopping the trees in the reserve along his entire fence line. It looks terrible and some will probably not survive. This is not a case of trimming on his side of the fence. It is quite brutal clearing for his benefit. He hides when he see people while he is doing it.
