Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 5 August 2018 at 12:50 pm, 3, Ernlea Terrace, Cashmere, 8022, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Regarding water collection at swan lake. Our little street is becoming so dangerous with people parking over residents driveways, using our driveways to turn in and out of, and residents not being able to reverse into their own driveways! Our 84 year old neighbour at number 4, whose daughter has complained already, has had several near misses as her driveway opens to a blind corner. The street is a thoroughfare for cycle and pedestrian traffic using the Ernle Clarke reserve and the vehicle congestion use getting dangerous! We have small children and are often forced to push the pram on the road to get past the queues.
