Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Saturday, 15 June 2024 at 1:58 am, 54 St Albans St, St Albans Christchurch 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hello For many many months my SSS record will show I have reported this overgrown vegetation. The last communication with the council was a phone call to say that they had tried various options to encourage the owner of the property to cut back the overgrown vegetation. The next step sounded like a compliance order would be sent by the council to the property owner. Could this matter be escalated. It seems unfair that this property owner can do what he / she likes with no consequences ??
