Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Wednesday, 19 June 2024 at 5:35 pm, 35 Memorial Avenue, Ilam, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This property owner has dangerous vines with thistles growing from their property which are dangling at head height over Memorial Ave, a busy street near a busy supermarket. The vine has scratched (causing blood) myself and others I know on the heads as we pass. It has been an ongoing issue and the whole plant should be removed, as the owner does not maintain their property at all and lets this happen frequently (I have submitted this request before and no action was taken!)
