The reporter’s words

The rail on this pedestrian safety zone is constantly being pulled out. Today it is next level and it looks like the casing in the hole has come out too my recommendation would be that the rail have pins fitted so it cam not be removes by simply lifting it. Unsure I'd someone has spotted the keep left signs being out and out the cones there, but that needs to be dealt with too
