Reported Friday, 10 August 2018 at 8:19 am, 7, Halberg Street, Dallington, 8061, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Halberg Reserve and Playground is very overgrown and the neglected state is an attraction for vagrants to vandalise the neighbouring scouts den and car park. Reported in my capacity as CCC Leading Team Leader 941-8203
