If removal is not an option, could this tree please be cut right back to prevent this ongoing damage to my fence. I repaint it every year and as you can see it is ruined, again! The plaster surface is also badly damaged as a result of the ‘fruit’ and bird poo falling on it. These trees are a very poor choice for a busy residential street. I clean up the mass weekly to prevent people from slipping in it. This shouldn’t be necessary. Thank you.
