People who live at 42, Glengael drive, Halswell never take their rubbish bins in. They keep their rubbish bins on the road side on 365 days. So when it’s windy their rubbish goes flying around in to the neighbours properties and the reserve and playground near by. This is a health hazard for the neighbours and users of the reserve. We have informed them about this multiple times before through their property manager. But nothing has changed. This happens very often and is a health hazard for us
