The woman at 4 Reserve Close has an extremely annoying noisy little but very loud dog. She has had the dog for at least 5 years or more and every weekend it starts barking up the neighborhood anything from about 0630 onwards. It's so frustrating that she refuses to show any consideration for her neighbours and keep it under control and inside until a reasonable hour. It stirs up other dogs in the neighborhood that are normally quiet. Please remind her of her responsibilities as a dog owner.
