Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 23 August 2018 at 9:51 am, 54, Kinsella Crescent, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
How do parents with pushchairs and toddlers safely cross the road? The path goes nowhere. There is no path on the side of the road with the park and no crossing point to get to the path on the other side of the road.
