The reporter’s words
The traffic lights are not operating correctly. It took me approximately 15 minutes to go from Yaldhurst Rd travelling west, to turn right onto Carmen Rd to travel north at 1030am. None of the right hand turn arrows are working. And the lights turn green for a very short amount of time
