What an absolute waste of Rate payers money. I reported potholes in Gilbert place. Higgins turned up in the pouring rain to "patch" existing patches for about the 4th time. One patch has fallen out already. 8-10 in the culdesac were missed entirely. The only repair that will work is cut out the damaged areas. Re form and seal. Come on Higgins and Ccc. Do it right first time
