The reporter’s words

This sump had a missing grate and was reported in March 2024. It has taken until now to get a grate and was marked with two road cones. However a few weeks ago someone pushed the two road cones into the sump. The new grate has been fitted but the cones are still in the sump. You may see them in photo. Not a clever result is it !!!!!!
