The reporter’s words

Gutters have been blocked for a month meaning water is always flowing across the road, creating a dangerous situation, particularly as it's not visible beyond the corner on the way downhill. Particularly for cyclists but also cars when cold as it gets tracked up and down the road a significant distance. Please get the debris removed so the gutters function, or I can stop and do it myself.
