The reporter’s words
Dog barking and running up and down Lyndhurst Crescent for about 4 hours from midnight Saturday to approx 4.30am Sunday morning. I went outside to see where it was and it rushed at me barking fiercely and growling. So I called ccc at approx 2am only to be told by Monish that the ccc do not come for aggressive wandering dogs after hours. I got him to repeat that no one would come unless the dog is contained behind a fence. I asked him to stay on the line with me for safety. He hung up instead.
