The reporter’s words
Nest Residential are in the process of building town houses at 22-26 Ward Street. The foundations are going down, which has resulted in lots of polystyrene escaping from the site. I have picked up the larger pieces of polystyrene from the surrounding gutters. I assume the building company should be responsible for removing all the tiny particles in the gutter before it gets into the waterways? I'll look forward to finding out.
