The reporter’s words
There is a large black dog that lives at this address - 48 Mooray Avenue. The dog jumps up at you as anyone comes up and down this alleyway barking angrily. The dog could easily jump over the fence, same for when people walk along the street frontage. When I came through here this morning, the dog jumped up and knocked off the heavy piece of wood, that the dog owner has put on the top of fence. The dog knocked it off and if it falls on anyone, it will do some damage to anyone walking past.
