Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Monday, 29 July 2024 at 10:05 pm, 8 Whareora Terrace, Cashmere, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hello, There is overhanging Old Mans Beard St No. 8 Whareroa Tce. I reported this a few months ago with no resolution. The vine is now down to shoulder level. The vine occasionally has dangling strands that catch you around the neck if you are not weary, I would not want to be a runner & caught by a vine at speed. The owner does not use Whareora Terrace but uses Dyers Pass Rd. A tree branch snapped off 1 month ago and detritus is spread across path. The noxious plant is huge and making a mess.
