Totora trees have been planted against the new paths in Coronation Reserve. These grow into massive trees. In 10 to 15 years, they will be getting big. Their trunks will be encroaching on whe paths, the roots breaking up the paths, and the branches will need cutting back. These trees need to be moved several metres from the path so the lovely new paths don't need to be moved and repaired.
