Water General
Reported Monday, 5 August 2024 at 10:46 am, 31 Gunns Crescent, Cashmere, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Given the heavy frosts recently I thought it prudent to check where the mains shut off valve was located. Lifted the Toby lid and saw the valve lever is broken effectively locking the valve in the on position. Nothing is leaking, just means you can’t isolate the water to the house.
