Hi there, wondering if you might be able to provide any assistant here to this I’m sure common problem. My neighbours are currently building on 24 Hawkshead Way and have impacted my view detrimentally and significantly. Do I have any avenues to pursue here? The house will of course be consented and height and recession plane approved but you can see my point can’t you. The roof pitch isn’t really appropriate here. Many thanks, Clair Ph: 0274 525 540
