I have seen these piled up rubbish bags on the berm outside my home. Could these please!!! Be removed ASAP. Due to the type of youth that are in this area, I'm very concerned from past experience that these rubbish bags will be strewn all around the place. I'm ofyen cleaning up rubbish and mess outside my home. However there are two many rubbish bags for me to deal with. Many thsnks, Julie
