Flooding
Reported Sunday, 9 September 2018 at 5:37 pm, Richardson Terrace, Opawa, 8023, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Flooding at rail overpass on Richardson Terrace, in the absence of rain. This is because of rising tide Remedying this river leakage is long overdue and is not remedied by CCC's expensive retention pond projects. This particular phenomenon needs to move higher up the priority list.
