The gray thing in the middle of the road in between the traffic lights on Riccarton Road near the Pawn Shop On The Corner of Division Street And Riccarton Road Christchurch needs to be resealed because it's causing cars and buses to get one of their wheels stuck and it's lifting up and causing a very dangerous tripping hazard for people.
