The reporter’s words

I really am part contacting you regarding this leak! It has leaked since it was installed! People have come out and cleaned it and it hasn’t improved! It needs repaired not cleaned! In frosty mornings the footpath freezes and is a slipping hazard. There is algae growing on the base. I’m just really tired of having to keep reporting it. Regards Jane
