Is the signage, shown in the photos, at 240 Memorial Ave (cnr Graham's Rd) allowed under Christchurch bylaws? The construction company sign has been there for several years after work finished, and the demo fence and signage have been there for at least several months. Both are eyesores, and are distractions to traffic at a very busy intersection.
