The footpath outside 47 Penrith Ave is heavily covered in moss and lichen. It is extremely slippery and poses a health and safety risk for the many people, including children, who walk along this section of footpath daily. The moss and lichen needs to be sprayed and killed to prevent it coming back. Thank you.
