The reporter’s words
Yellow bin collection person today, smashed/dropped rubbish and left it there. I ran over in my car a large piece of bottle that was in driving lane. Had to clean up smashed wine bottle and pick up recycling from busy road outside of my house. Looking up and down the street (zoom in on photo) you will see a number of yellow bins tipped over … is there a new person on this run? VERY unsatisfactory!
