Flooding
Reported Sunday, 18 August 2024 at 2:10 pm, 21 Morley Street, Bryndwr, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I’m reporting a severe flooding issue on Morley street caused by recent heavy rainfall. The water level in front of my house (21 Morley street, Bryndwr, Christchurch 8053) has risen to 15-20 cm, making the area hazardous and difficult to navigate. This flooding raises serious concerns for resident safety and potential property damage. It appears to stem from inadequate drainage, as the water is not receding quickly enough. Immediate attention is needed to address this issue.
