This area in Upper Riccarton has a liquor ban however being a student-rich area near the university there are many parties and students drinking on the streets at weekends and as a result a lot of broken glass on the footpaths. I walk foster dogs in this area and constantly have to dodge glass on the footpaths. This area should be patrolled and the liquor ban enforced as nobody cares about it it
