The reporter’s words

This was repaired again just last week by council. Why is it happening again. Just resealing does not fix it. Some kind of sinkhole underneath. Suspect it needs investigation by outside contractors with special equipment to examine broken drains. Has been mended multiple times but keeps recurring. Escalate it please. Photo taken this afternoon.
